1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our average delivery time is 8-12 business days. As an environmentally conscious company, we aim to make a positive impact. To minimize shipping emissions, we wait until we’ve reached our minimum order quantity before shipping all orders together. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us make a difference.

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use on our tracking page to follow your package. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note it may take a few business days for the tracking system to activate.

3. It's been 12 working days, and I still haven’t received my package—what should I do?
We’re sorry for the delay! Please check your Track & Trace code, as parcels sometimes get held up at customs. We recommend waiting 3 more days, as in most cases, the package will still be delivered. If you've waited 5 working days plus an additional 3 days, and still haven’t received it, get in touch with us, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we can’t guarantee changes after your order has been processed.

5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we’ll help arrange a refund or exchange.
