Returns:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted, and you will forfeit your right to a refund.

  1. Return Deadline: You may return your product within 30 days of receiving it. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

  2. Condition of Product: The product must be in the same condition you received it—unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene-sensitive items, such as underwear, lingerie, pantyhose, and certain healthcare products, they must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, some items, including underwear, lingerie, pantyhose, and certain healthcare products, are non-returnable.

  4. Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, email us at help@maggiesleather.com with your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product if damaged, and your contact details. Please note that all returns must be sent to our return address in China. Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted, and you will not receive a refund. Returns without prior approval will be considered invalid.

  5. Return Risk: Please note that returns are at your own risk. We are not liable for lost or detained packages during the return process, including any issues at customs.

  6. Track & Trace: Your return must have a Track & Trace number provided to us. This helps us confirm when your return reaches our warehouse, after which we’ll initiate your refund. Without this number, we cannot track your return, and your refund request will be voided.


Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 30 days, first check with your bank. If the refund still hasn't appeared, contact us at help@maggiesleather.com


Fees:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot take responsibility for lost items. Shipping costs to return the product to China start at £20.


Exceptions:

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated system.
